Honestly? If in the US, get a 10/22 and print one of the MANY chassis for that bolt/barrel. After that, do a glock and learn why not to like browning tilting actions. After that, do a fuckin AR lower and give up on any other platform. AR is life.

edit: I saw you want a handgun, I guess glock but listen, sidearms are just backup. You’re gonna get much more reliability from a proper centerfire rifle or carbine.

I’m gonna take a wild guess and say this bot is full of shit, the mag looks like your typical 33rd glock mag, and it doesn’t sound like it went through the entire thing. I can’t guess a rate of fire, while it was extremely quick we need more samples to guess better. I don’t think this went through more than 1/4 of the mag though.

edit: the flash out of the dust cover looks like you may have had an OOB.

That’s a great question, the bipoly’s creator determined that including a hole for a buffer detent would lower strength so there is none, you hold it back while you install the upper.

Like I said, it makes no sacrifices on strength. My pla version is well over a year old with thousands of rounds through it and I’m not the only person with these results. I think he was on a good path with this one.

The bipoly makes no sacrifices on strength, that fixed stock is king as the buffer tower is traditionally a weak point. If you want to run a buffer tube and a collapsible stock, something like the Defiance or SL-15 are more appropriate.

That said, don’t sleep on the bipoly. It’s 100% my favorite lower and worth building one for yourself.

I had issues with my aves upper, but I don’t think the issue was the upper at all, just the printed feed ramp on the glock mag db9 lower.

The aves upper fires good, but mac uppers don’t contain the feeding mechanism so your mileage may vary depending on the build. I’m not familiar with how the pwc9 feeds.

  • That is actually the reason I chose to build this rifle, I shot my brother’s 10.5" 5.56 AR with a brake and it blew my eardrums out while I was wearing walker earpro. I’m a big fan of shorty barrels, so I figured this was the cartridge to run with.

I am friends with pla.boi and will be running his newest breek 30 cal ftn with this setup. I’m gonna load 220grs in the cartridges instead of these factory 125s.

  • To ease your concerns, I work for a company that CNCs glock slides and automotive parts. We don’t mess with the lawmen at all. These parts are completely unrestricted and you are just a drop in the pond. If things changed, we’d go out of business. Feds can’t subpoena everybody who has ever bought gun parts from every vendor, it’s just too wide of a net to cast.

Now don’t try to do this shit in somewhere like NYC, the USPIS cooperates with them.

On that note, the ATF has reversed course on things like FRTs before, see Rare Breed Triggers and their attempt to confiscate triggers from customers. Know your rights, ask for a lawyer, and don’t talk to the police.

The only thin FTN is the 22lr one, the rest are chonky boys. It comes with the territory of FDM baffles. The 9mm piston can is so fat you can’t even use a red dot without some kind of riser :D
