If its splitting at layer lines at front of cage, make sure u don’t have hammer springs to strong. Also latest design has a pin that holds cage in the front this helps issue…the lower in pic is older,redownload from official. But the main issue is bad layer adhesion ,turn up temp and print slow very slow. And always use good quality pla+

Good luck. I have written them some nasty emails . You will get nowhere . Are they at least giving you credit by user name? every design they have was taken from some where else for free.
