  • Spooky rail's pin holes are undersized so that might help with your walking issue. Easiest thing to do is find a model you like that has a .step file upload that into on shape or whatever you prefer and make the three rail holes slightly smaller

  • Only bad thing about combat armory in my experience is the slow order fulfillment. Took two weeks before they ever shipped my order. You can't beat their prices though

  • This habit of presenting niche hobbies and projects that ( really intelligent and clever) people are getting into that are barely into the first stages of physical testing as viable democratized open source weapons platforms that any moron with the money and ill will can purchase the parts for and cobble together on the first attempt with no prior interest or expertise is getting out of hand.

I'm waiting for an article claiming how teens zooming around city streets on their unlicensed unregistered "hover boards" made from rc drone parts are gonna be the next urban nuisance perpetrated by teens just cause there's one singular kid posting videos of himself doing the same thing. 😂

  • If you just want a copy of Hoffman's most recent release surely there's multiple reuploads.

  • There seems to be a lot of this going around. I'm curious to see how long it takes someone to buy a flat style firing pin for the cobray m11 thinking it will work for the newer bolts.

  • Why don't you just print around and find out?

  • Make sure your firing pin ain't broken. Remove your bolt shine a light in the front facing end. They're usually treated with nitride or something else that gives the outside an entirely different appearance from the bare inner metal so if its broken you'll see an easily noticable difference when you look. You can also push on the firing pin where it would contact the Hammer and if it's not poking out slightly on the other side when that contact point looks to be flush with the face of it's housing id replace it.

Ar FGC with stock Hammer Springs are known to break firing pins in Mac based builds.

When mine broke mine would still occasionally fire so it took me longer to diagnose the problem than I'd like to admit.

  • Yeah I download everything I see that remotely interest me and store it on cheap hard drives

  • Looks badass this is the first one I've seen built. It's a damn shame it's only for the p95. Should've got one of those instead of a p89 for the recession Ruger. Are you using the metal rails from riptide?

  • This. But Get both button head and socket head they have assortments that include both on Amazon. Heatserts are a good thing to get. 2.5 mm bolts are also becoming more common. Far as springs go the pump and dump pdf (I think. Must confirm) has links to two spring assortments in it's BOM that almost I almost always use and then there's a spring assortment that most of the harbor freights stock that accounts for what the other two assortments don't cover. Cheap skate board bearings, drill press springs, bore sighting blanks. Don't use the universal they suck ass.

  • They make some of the best filament in terms of finish quality

  • Is it seamless on the inside? The most expensive and time consuming thing for me in launcher building has been removing the seams from the fence posts and conduits (for26.5mm) I've gone through three flex hones and got about 8 barrels total from them. How well do they package it? I just worry it might get bent during shipping. I bought a six foot section of threaded tubing they use in the polyactico barrels and it was so bent from shipping I didn't even get one viable barrel out of it .

Package handlers in general piss me off with how appathetic they tend to be after damaging the contents your package they behave as if they have no responsibility to carefully handle or stack it and it's the sellers fault for only placing double the packages weight in cushioning instead of three times the weight.

  • Far as 3d2a is concerned I've never had satisfactory results with anything other than pla pro or tpu. Itd be interesting to see how abs and pacf6 printed by someone who knows what they're doing compares to my examples.

  • I've heard of 15mm 26.5mm 37mm and 40mm.... Is there really a 38mm or do you have sausage hands ( can't help but imagining the daddy would you like some sausages Scene from Freddy got fingered but on a computer key board instead)

  • I only hate it cause I don't make enough to buy a parts kit in one paycheck

  • No.

  • Proto barrels are the best overall option if you're using a printed upper. Especially if you already have a chambered barrel liner cause that's usually the most expensive part of the proto barrel assembly. It's super easy to build hardest part is cutting.cut by hand with hacksaw just wrap tape around your cut line too help keep the carbon strands aligned and let the weight of your arm provide pressure.

  • Chairmanwons spacemini in 19x and 26x. I carried the g26 on my side at work until I got a nicer holster for the g19 and that's still a chairmanwon frame just not the space mini
