Wisp vs VP22? easiest or most reliable?

Hi everyone, I am just finished a build and want to find next. I am choosing between Wisp by Kaewon and VP22 by GCI. So far i only make single-shot build so I wanted to make bolt-action as i live in heavy restrictions country and must make ammo myself. therefore i think a bolt-action may be easiest to make correctly with reliable extraction/ejection, if i make semi-auto i must fire many test shot to find best powder and bolt weight combo for reliable firing and ejection, and i dont have good place to do that.

So i suppose my question: has someone made both wisp and vp22? which one was easier to make shooting reliable? Was extractor on VP22 a problem? and was wisp extractor any easier? Also if i make wisp i must use CM-1 printable FCG. SR722 bolt action looks awesome but maybe bit advance for me.

Also, I must use 6mm ID steel tube for barrel (cant buy real barrel), but since i measured rim of .22 is around 6.8-6.9mm diameter, i only have about .3mm-.4mm on both side to grab rim of case. do you think this will be issue for bolt action build?
