Looking for an STL file for muzzle standoff device

I've been searching for a STL file for a muzzle standoff device that would be compatible with a Ruger RXM. Something close to the device designed by Proof Mark. https://www.proofmarkllc.com/shop/muzzle-stand-off-device-msd-g19 . If someone could point me in the right direction it would be highly appreciated. While I've found several in the usual places, they will not work.
