Notachi update RC6

Here is the Notachi update RC6.

Preamble: I've spent some time to testing the design with torsion hammer spring (AR style). It was promising: simpler frame, less parts, simpler overall construction. But have no success. It strikes very weak with AR spring unwinded to 2-1/4 loops. May be it could work with 1.5mm thick spring, but I have none. And I'm out of inspiration for this design. I've included assembly STEP if someone find it useful.

Therefore I've just polishing the tension springs design. Currently it successfully strikes all primers I have: 209, berdan small pistol, berdan big rifle and my own 3d printed. As well as emptied factory made 9PAK rounds.

RC6 updates:

  • the hammer design changed and simplified, using regular M5 bolt with nylon-lock nut as hardening insert/weight.

  • inner subframe M5 bolts direction reversed. The front frame is now one-piece. Also the cylinder could be removed easy, just by taking out one bolt.
