Just got a Flashforge AD5X... Safe for 3D2A?

As title says, Im wondering a few things. 3D2A is legal in my state. I know they recently made and anti-2A post, saw the backlash, then retracted what they said 2 days (or something like that) later. Im stoked about the new printer, it's a gamechanger, but im nervous, for these reasons...

1. How does everyone feel about using Flashforge in general for 3D2A?
2. Whats the likelyhood that the items printed on the flashforge are watched/flagged if its a file they dont like? (i'm sure they are)
