I am reading Pria Anand’s book called, ‘The Mind Electric’, and she talks about how syphilis and certain brain traumas can produce confabulations, which are fictional stories that the patient honestly believes happened to him/her. Doesn’t this sound like DJT? He seems to actually believe his bullsh**. Wouldn’t this mean we could pursue the 25th amendment?
