I recall some time ago that Albert9x19 had released some documentation detailing the process and chemistry behind synthesizing double-base smokeless powder at home. I can’t seem to find the recipes anywhere though. Anyone know where they might be? I didn’t see it on the index.
As lame (and dangerous) as this suggestion might sound veritasium released a video a few days ago about Alferd Nobel. In it is EVERYTHING you need on how to make it, including safety warnings. It’s a pretty fun watch. Hopefully, it hasn’t been censored since release.
Edit: the only part he glances over is the recipe for nitrocellulose, which, having made it is probably the easiest part.
