Favourite/Easiest DIY bolt-action 22?

Hi again my friends I am just finished a build and looking for the next. Due to country restrictions i must make own ammo/cartridges so i am mainly stick to single-shot, but i think a bolt action may work well together. So far i have found the Wisp, the VP22 and the SR-722. Of those 3, wisp seems easiest but i like the look of VP22, SR-722 seems bit advanced for me right now. It seems many people had extraction issue with VP22 and i didnt seen much about if wisp is easy or hard build however it looks pretty straight forward. Do any of you have experience with VP22 or Wisp? I will be use a 6mm x 8mm 304 steel tube for barrel since cannot buy liner and if i make Wisp, i will use "CM-1 printable fire control" since i cannot buy normal AR FCG. Feedback on CM-1 would also be great.

Are there other bolt-action build you guys recommend? I dont have lot of experience so will probably do the easiest option. I have only completed 3 or 4 build so far, they are all fully DIY and single-shot. Just trying to level up and looking for people with experiences with DIY bolt-action 22 build, thanks!
