Issues about fgc

I've disassembled and reassembled the retainer 4-5 times to resolve some issues. The last time I installed it, I tightened the screws less force than the first time, and there was no squeaking. (It still requires some force.) I know plastic threads are prone to failure; in this case, is it still safe to use it, or should I re-print it?
