I’m getting the quirks worked out on 3 position binary which uses a M16 3 round burst trigger and two disconnectors.

  1. Sarco is the only place I’ve found that sells the triggers individually and the sear surface on theirs looks like 💩. Any other vendors that will sell the 3 round burst parts individually?

  2. Are the 3 round disconnector springs the same as standard AR disconnector springs? I couldn’t find any 3 round specific springs and used AR springs. They work but they don’t seat well and I can feel the coils rubbing/ binding when manually compressing the disconnector. You can see it in the right side disconnector.

This website also states that the SA, FA, and Burst triggers all use the same spring. Is the spring binding up on the trigger or the disconnector? Whichever side seems to be binding could probably just be polished up a bit to reduce the drag on the spring.

The disconnector is crunchy when pushing down on the tail. It works, but it isn’t right the spring doesn’t want to stay flat. It’s also a tight fit and some time cleaning the edges would be prudent for sure.

I couldn’t figure out how to load the video.

This is a SCS cut binary disconnector and a M16 disconnector in a 3 round burst trigger. The AR disconnector springs don’t seat well.

i think they use the normal AR ones to my knowledge, does look a bit cockeyed though… gotta be someone with an SOT on here that has a better answer.
