I have a working chairmanone dd43, works decent. I was curious if anyone knows of a 43 frame that takes dd rails and is stronger than chairman’s, ie thicker. I want to print it in cf nylon, but iv done it with chairman’s design and it broke because it was so thin.

Personally ima always recommend pp43xo philphisher 43x design mine is printed in pa6cf and I got like ~500-600rds
It doesn’t take dd43 rails, but I think you should really take a look at PY2A’s 43X frame (s well as his others). They are very close to OWM with some minor tweaks, but very sturdy imo. I do like his rails better also.
I know metalheadtwink was working on a thicker g43x/g48 and I think it takes DD rails. Let me try and find it
