Hi Friends,

I ordered some PY2A G19 rails a while back. Still am waiting on my order.

Bought two of these: https://www.printyour2a.com/product-page/g19-gen-5-slim-rail-set

Has anyone else had a long wait time?

In the case my order craps out, does anyone else supply PY2A rails? if not, is the design open enough to cut/bend my own? I have a CNC mill.

I squirted out a few copies of his AR9 and what I did was get the templates for the metal parts at https://github.com/japan44/Files and then converted the svg to dxf (instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Uq3yGDqEFM&list=WL&index=18&pp=gAQBiAQB ) then go to sendcutsend (SCS) and upload (dxf) they will cut the pieces to you. after that I used some jigs I think this is what you need https://github.com/japan44/Rail-Press-Jigs-and-templates … stuffed them in a table vice and went nuts. looking up my order, I had some pieces that were .1" and others that were .048

    hope that helps?

I ordered the stainless G19 gen3 rails and am very happy with them. I put them in a G45 gen3 frame file I printed from his downloads and they fit like a glove. Just waiting for my slide now.

I’ve ordered a couple times from him and although not Amazon Prime delivery times I got them in a week or so. Pretty sure it’s just a guy running a side gig.

Well that’s def odd because I ordered on 31-OCT, the day the part was restocked and got it a week later. If you ordered before me and the part was shown as in-stock, that’s a different story. I don’t think it will let you order if the part is shown out of stock.
