Spec-ish Sten Magazine v1.0

None of the printed Sten mags (that I could find) will work with the Franken 9 because the outside taper at the feed lips is different than steel Sten mags. So I remixed the DMB v1.1 Sten mag to be a little more "spec" compliant. I've tested this in my Franken 9 build and it's working well, so I'm releasing it for anyone else that wants to give it a try.
