Franken-9 parts

I'm having issues building my Franken-9, some of the b.o.m. parts don't get results when I Google search. I'm specifically having issues with the striker assembly. Is the spring circled in red the standard striker spring? What's the parts that links the extractor and the firing pin together? Have there been confirmed builds that work? I'm having issues with the printed tor sten mags having issues with the ejector. Thanks.
