SY-22 print help

Hello, I am still new to the 3d2a scene and wanted to get started with a recommended easy build, the SY-22. The smaller pieces have turned out fine. I am having an issue where depending on the orientation of the slide the surface will either be smooth or too rough. The one on the left was printed with the top of the slide on the bed, and the right was printed with the barrel hole on the slide. I need some help with getting a consistently smooth print, so if anyone can help it would be a great help. If you need to know the specs, it was printed on a P1S with upgraded metal extruder gears and a 0.6 mm hardend steel nozzel utilizing Fiberon PA612-CF filament.
