Hd22c mag problem

Hey guys, I cant get the Hd22c mag to print correctly, the print always fails halfway thru. I tried printing slower (50mm/s currently, tried 30mm/s but that failed too), hotter and colder (currently at abt 215° for esun pla+), different Filament (Esun pla+, jayo pla+, geeetech pla, jayo petg) and it just doesnt work.

I enabled z-hop (0.4mm, i tried 0.16mm and 0.2mm layer) and im running out of ideas. Everything else prints perfectly fine but the mags wont.

Im printing on a Bambulab a1 and tried the original hd22c mags and kaewons remix.

The 4 fails uploaded as a image arent the only fails i had. At around half or 3/4 of the print the nozzle kicks off the print and bores into the mags.

Neither bambu orca can get the print to go thru.

I tried to wash the plate, huge brim, support and different infills.

Anything else i can try?? Im grateful for any if help that i can get, im really starting to get fustrated.
