Shittinator has done a great job with everything so far. I’m really impressed with how well the forums work, and I believe this would be way better as the primary place for 3D enthusiasts to go, rather than Leddit.
Scrapers, whether automated or manual, will not have any issue making an account just to scrape. You’re never going to have any privacy on the internet lol.
Nah man, the whole point is to have a presence on the wider internet. If you wanna talk in private, there are already chat rooms for that, but FOSSCAD was the one place that was easily discoverable.

I think making the forms 100% private and not viewable unless you have a login is also going to be a wise idea. Keep the Google Goobers out of here
