Form 1 guide for SBR

I know there's several posts regarding cans but I haven't found too much about submitting for SBR. Is there a guide anywhere or does anyone have some tips? I did a can submission on 1/9 and still waiting but I'm getting impatient and would like to submit several more cans/sbrs
