Thanks. I actually got the color scheme idea from an old Jetfire toy I gave my kid. I didn’t have a pic of it once I got the trigger group put in but yeah it runs fine. Fun build for sure.

Thanks. I just thought the Fyre mag would look good with it. I used the printed charging handle. I built a 2.0 in 7.62x39 but I had mag problems with it. Plus the 2.0 is heavier than I like. A bufferless 9mm would be cool.

The FTN is apparently the best but I Form 1’d a Systema Numansky for my AR9 and 300BLK out of ABS. I’m happy with its performance. It requires no extra reinforcement.

My mistake I do have an enclosure but no other mods. I print at 260C hotend temp 95C bed temp.

Is there any hope of this being released or did it not pan out?

I’ve had good success with ABS. Deals with heat better than PLA+ and can be printed on stock Ender 3. Edit: Meant to say PLA+ not CF.
